Letter From the Chairs

Dear Parents,


St. Peter’s School Annual Spring Auction will be held on Saturday, May 8, at the school. In keeping with the 175th Anniversary, our theme is “Past, Present & Future”. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate and we will have the silent auction, cocktails and horsd’oeuvres on the West Lawn, and then move into the Theater for the Live Auction. We need to begin soliciting businesses for donations of items for both the Silent and Live Auctions. This year, in honor of the 175th, we will also have a “Program Book” so that families, alums and businesses can submit advertisements or congratulatory messages to the School that will be memorialized in a book. During Winter Break, please think of businesses which may donate an item or place an advertisement. We will finalize pricing for the ads and prepare letters for you to present when making requests.

The first auction planning meeting will take place on Friday, February 26th immediately following drop-off, in the Library. We will be discussing the ad book, invitations, food, decorations, class projects, logistics, etc., and will send a reminder of this meeting earlier that week. If you cannot attend the meeting, but are interested in helping or have an idea to share, please feel free to contact us. We will be using the on-line Volunteer calendar as soon as tasks and timelines are better defined.
